Lilia Roque Guerrero, MD., FAAP
Family Practice, Medical Director
Dr. Roque has been a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator for over 15 years, participating in over 100 clinical research studies. She was previously Chief Physician for multiple Miami health care providers and currently has Hospital privileges at Miami Childrens Hospital and Kendall Reginal Hospital. She graduated and received her MD from University of Puerto Rico, School of Medicine in 1983, completed her family residency at University Pediatric Hospital in 1986. She has been working in primary care, emergency medicine, and clinical research. Dr. Roque is board certified in family medicine, and a member of Medical Board of Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Javier Capote Marrero, APRN, MSN, RN
Javier is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with experience in INSTA Health Medical Center and community clinic environments. He attended Miami Regional University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree of nursing sciences. While working in a family medicine and pediatric clinic, he continued his education and earned a master's of nursing degree and doctor of nursing practice degree. He currently is involved in providing assistance to the physicians, delivering excellent patient care, and oversees supervision and coaching of the nursing staff.

Ana Gomez is a practicing pediatrician with over 20 years of experience in the field. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico and completed her residency with the Miami Children's hospital in 1990.
